Rexing is an American startup from Connecticut with Headquarters in New York. We design, test, and manufacture our devices to guarantee reliability and longevity of all products. Our dash cameras capture the entire road ahead of you via an ultra-wide-angle lens that automatically adapts by fine-tuning the exposure of the camera to create balanced images and videos. Built to withstand extreme hot or cold climates as high as 176°F and as low as -20°F, the use of a Supercapacitor (instead of regular batteries) adds to the long-term reliability of the camera. You can also utilize the Parking Surveillance Mode, and when the camera detects any motion or movement, it will turn on and start recording instantly.
When the memory card is full, Loop Recording will automatically overwrite the oldest unlocked videos and make room for the new files. Rexing's dash cameras support optional GPS logging, allowing you to playback your driving trips using our GPS logger software powered by Google Maps, which accurately records your driving route, time, and speed. Perfect for when you need to prove where you've been and gone.
The package contents include 1 Rexing V1 Dash Camera, 1 in-car power cable (12ft), 2 3M adhesive mounts, 1 USB computer cable, and 1 user manual. Optional accessories include the Rexing Suction Cup Mount for V1, the Rexing GPS Logger for V1 -4K, the Rexing Smart Hardwire Kit, and the Rexing Intelligent Hardwire Kit.
We recommend using a Class 10 / UHS-I or higher MicroSD/SDHC/SDXC memory card up to 256GB (not included) and provide card recommendations such as the Kingston Canvas Go! Plus MicroSD, Kingston Canvas React Plus MicroSD, and SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD. Please note that we do not recommend using SanDisk Ultra cards with our cameras.
Kindly remember to format the SD card on your camera directly before using a new memory card. The built-in supercapacitor is just for emergency file backup, so please always keep the dash cam plugged in. The car USB port may not support enough power for the dash cam, so please use the car charger that comes with the dash cam or the Rexing Smart Hardwire Kit (sold separately).
